In this article, we look at 4 fundamental principles to increase success when creating user interface in any software product.

1. 사용자가 인터페이스를 자유롭게 컨트롤할 수 있어야함
2. 사용자는 제품을 편하게 사용해야 함
3. 사용자가 서비스를 사용할 때 직관적으로 사용할 수 있어야함 (인지 -> 생각하지 않고 바로 사용 가능)
4. 디자인에 일관성이 있어야함
